Fred Gaffney has served as President of the Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce since 2010. He previously served as Vice President of the Chamber for over four years before moving to the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York to become Executive Director of the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce in 2006. Fred is a graduate of Southern Columbia High School and Bloomsburg University.
