Fred Gaffney – President

Fred GaffneyFred Gaffney originally served as Vice President of the Chamber for over four years before moving to the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York to become Executive Director of the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce in 2006. He returned in the Spring of 2010 to become President of the Columbia Montour Chamber, which also represented a return home. Kiefer IntroShane Kiefer – Director of Marketing

Shane started working for the Partnership in January 2016.  He is a 2014 graduate of Bucknell University where he received a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Environmental Studies. Shane is responsible for all marketing, social media, and advertising publications for the Partnership and works to advance community growth and manage effective marketing campaigns for member businesses and organizations of Columbia and Montour counties.  He can be reached at

Jenn Puckett – Calendar of Events Coordinator

Hunter Sones – Distribution Coordinator

Eleanor StokleyEleanor has been with the Chamber since January, 1998. She serves as receptionist and handles all of the inquiries for information about the area. Debbie Sokol – Office Manager

Debbie SokolDeb joined the Chamber in January, 2013. She is responsible for all accounts payable and receivable as well as office management duties. Deb is a graduate of Central Columbia High School. She received her bachelor degrees in Finance and Accounting in addition to a MBA from Bloomsburg University. Mary Ann Rizzo – Fulfillment Coordinator

Linda Sones – Member Services Coordinator

Linda has been with the Chamber since 2014, and the Visitors Bureau since 2011. She is a U.S.  Air Force Veteran with disciplines in Aviational Meteorology and Electro-Optical Tactical Data Acquisition. Linda is responsible for maintaining contact with members through personal contacts and coordination with Ambassadors and staff. She is also responsible for membership development.
