After a career spanning 42 years, Howard "Skip" Hare, a dedicated employee at Dent Plumbing and Heating Inc, has bid farewell to his role as a plumber and heating technician. Skip's unwavering commitment and exceptional service have left an indelible mark not only on his Dent Plumbing & Heating family but also on their cherished customers. Over the years, clients have expressed their gratitude with a multitude of heartfelt comments, describing Skip as a fine mechanic and friend, noting his helpful and quick courteous service, and praising his efficiency and excellence. Skip truly leaves behind a legacy of excellence and will be missed by all who had the pleasure of working with him. Congratulations on your retirement Skip!

United In Recovery Naloxone Distribution Dates
United in Recovery is organizing free community naloxone giveaways. Community members can pick up naloxone kits along with information on substance use disorder treatment, counseling services, peer support, and basic needs assistance. Fentanyl and xylazine testing strips, along with other harm reduction, recovery, and treatment resources, are also available. Get a list of locations and dates here.

Currently, he is working on their next lecture scheduled for May 2, featuring two speakers from the McDowell Institute at Bloomsburg University on the topic of youth suicide prevention. Penn College to host Baja SAE Competition in May
Baja SAE challenges engineering students to design and build an off-road vehicle that will survive the severe punishment of rough terrain and in some competitions, water. Penn College will host a Baja SAE international competition, May 16–19, 2024, at the Schneebeli Earth Science Center’s heavy construction equipment operations training site.
