CSO Invites Homeowners in Columbia, Montour, and Northumberland Counties to Energy Awareness Night

PPL Electric Utilities Welcomes 21 Trainees

PPL welcomes 21 lineworker trainees who are joining crews working across our 29-county service territory to provide the safest, most reliable power possible.  For the first four months of training, trainees learn about safety rules, procedures, and work methods in the classroom as well as how to climb poles at PPL's training complex. Then, they serve in apprenticeships for about four years before becoming journeyman lineworkers.  Best of luck to these trainees, who will be on the frontlines of delivering electricity.
